Pick up/Drop off: Our modern & safe shuttle buses pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter every morning around 07:45 am – 08:30 am, and drop you off at the same place around 04 pm – 05 pmon the final day of your trip.(another place? please request !) .

=> If you stay at a hotel/place far from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, please book a taxi to Hanoi Opera House or a place that we will show you later.

// All cruises in Halong Bay leave from the docks around 12:00 – 12:30 pm daily and arrive back at the docks around 11am: 11:30 am on the final day of the trip.

@ If you have flights at late afternoon after your halong bay tour, please inform us ASAP, so we can arrange a car directly to the airport for your group.

What to bring?: Passports, sunglasses,camera, sport shoes, essential luggage,jackets & sweaters(winter in months:11,12,1,2,3,4), some medicine for sea-sickness(optional).

Silver Sea Cruise Halong Bay - was launched in 2015 by Vietnam Open Tour company Jsc, this is an iron and steel boat with 18 lovely and spacious cabins.

Private balcony cabin is only available for Suite cabin on upper floor, share balcony cabins are avaialble for premium cabins on upper floor and there is no balcony cabin at 1st floor but window.

This cruise departs from Tuan Chau marina harbor and modern bus for round trip from Hanoi was included.

10:30 - Kayaking, discovering the tranquil bay.

12:00 – Back to the daily boat and relax before enjoying lunch on boat.

Registration is required. Guest must contact with us 1 day before to supply passport’s information as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry… otherwise, guest will get introduction about the method to check in, policies…. we will not responsible for any extra charge in case of late, missing. All of above cases are considered as no-show (not arrival).
Please note that the time may be changed depending on the policies of Halong bay management or weather permission. We will inform you before getting on the cruise.
For using the transfer service only: Daily shuttle bus departs from Hanoi Old Quarter at 8.00 – 8.30am, arriving Halong Bay at 12.00 – 12.30pm)
